"REMOTE" SETTINGS

The Remote Settings panel in ARC Audio's DNA software offers flexible, powerful control through two dedicated sections: LR1 Remote and Maestro Volume Control.

The LR1 Remote section allows you to assign ARC Audio’s optional single-function digital controller to any combination of output channels—whether you want it to act as a full-system master volume, a dedicated subwoofer control, or a tailored boost/cut control for specific speakers. With adjustable “Remote Max” and “Remote Min” values per setup, you can define exactly how much level change is allowed. Want a subtle subwoofer trim or a full mute at minimum? It’s all possible—and adjustable across all channels or down to individual channels. A built-in zero-point calibration tool makes setup precise and user-friendly.

The Maestro Volume Control section lets users redefine the volume knob behavior in OEM systems when paired with an iDatalink Maestro integration module. Fine-tune the sensitivity and range of factory volume controls to solve common issues like excessive gain jumps or sluggish response. You can even limit the top-end output to prevent speaker abuse.

Whether you're fine-tuning system usability or customizing OEM integration behavior, the Remote Settings panel ensures your audio system responds exactly the way you want.
