From setup walkthroughs to troubleshooting complex integration issues, you're speaking directly with the people who understand your system inside and out.

The built-in “Get Support” feature in DNA Software sends your DSP file, device info, PC specs, and configuration data directly to our team—eliminating the guesswork. We can diagnose remotely, replicate the issue, and even connect to your computer for hands-on support via secure remote access.

Going further, ARC’s proprietary DSP logging protocol captures every digital detail—EQ moves, limiter behavior, channel routing, and more—so we can reproduce and resolve even the rarest edge-case issues. If something needs fixing, our in-house software, firmware, and hardware engineers can build a solution and deploy it—often within days, not months.
