APP SETTINGS
The App Settings panel within the ARC Audio DNA software gives users powerful control over how the tuning interface behaves and displays across all supported processors. Tailor the layout, preferences, and visuals to match your workflow, tuning habits, and device.
Prefer the advanced parametric EQ layout over the traditional 1/3 octave EQ? Simply check “Prefer Advanced EQ,” and DNA will default to it on launch. Want a cleaner experience without pop-ups? Disable all confirmation prompts in one click. You can also set whether temperatures are displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and choose to show real-time channel peak gains within the VU meters and signal indicators.
For seasoned ARC Audio veterans, the “Classic Navigation” toggle recreates the legacy PS8 layout—ideal for those who loved the original interface but want the advanced power of PS8-Pro and modern ARC DSPs.
Installers and tuners can also define the default measurement unit for delay values (such as ms, inches, centimeters, etc.) and customize the order and visibility of available filter types below each slider in the EQ panel for faster workflow.
It’s about making DNA your own. App Settings ensures your tuning interface looks and works exactly how you need it—every time.
