The AS 100 tweeter features a low-mass, fine weave soft dome diaphram to transfer sound energy from the voice coil to the listener. This dome design ensures smooth frequency response from the tweeter's low resonant frequency, making it a perfect compliment to those space-limited 2-way systems.

The heart of the tweeter is a high-strength neodymium magnet and custom-designed motor structure. A secondary bucking magnet further intensifies the magnetic field strength of the gap while reducing distortion during high-demand use periods. The result is an impressive balance of efficiency and dynamics with incredible tonal stability, even when pushed hard.

A large copper cap on the top of the motor assembly helps to reduce inductance and distortion for incomparable detail and effortless high-frequency response to ensure listeners experience the finest sonic details across the entire listening spectrum.

Mechanically, the AS 100 features a tuned rear chassis chamber with integrated cooling provisions that allow head to be vented from underneath the diaphram.
